Job Description
As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive growth, market share improvements, and increase brand equity metrics. You will shape the direction of our brand, challenge the status quo, and inspire others to embrace change.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and activation plans for Pediasure and EleCare.
* Analyse market, competition, and consumer data to identify and prioritise opportunities.
* Translate strategy into solid activation plans and 360 integrated marketing activities for both consumers and HCPs.
* Develop high-quality creative and media briefs.
* Build detailed pictures of markets with quantitative data and qualitative information.
* Work closely with digital teams to develop digital communication strategies with clear KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
* At least 3+ years of brand management experience in FMCG, Healthcare, or Nutrition.
* Experience across entire marketing mix including NPD, launches, 360 integrated brand communication campaigns with strong digital components.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with logical thinking and ability to translate data analysis into clear strategy.
* A high level of emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
