About the role: Full-time, permanent, hybrid role- based out of either our Toowoomba or Brisbane Head Offices

As an Administration Officer, you'll provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure our Customer Assist team runs smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be empowered to:
* Process bad debt write-offs and non-accrual accounts, as well as fee reversal transactions
* Complete reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Demonstrate an astute approach to all administration actions with care and diligence
* Process journal entries and transactions to customer accounts, ensuring that all activities are undertaken in compliance with policy
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk
* Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the team
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
About you:
If you have experience interpreting, analysing and reporting on data — we'd love to hear from you. Your background may include working in:
* Insurance, government processing, or financial services
* Data analysis, reporting, or reconciliation roles
* Administrative or operational support positions requiring strong attention to detail
You'll also have:
* Strong experience with reporting in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
* A commitment to accuracy, compliance and delivery excellent outcomes for customers
