Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
Assist senior lawyers with legal research and complex transactions.

About You
4 years' post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
