Requirements

* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong phone manner and professional approach when dealing with difficult or distressed clients.
* Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
