Product Support Drafter Role Overview
Our Electronics department seeks an entry-level Product Support Drafter to collaborate with engineers, drafters, and production staff. This role offers hands-on training in mechanical, electrical, and electronics drafting.
* Prepare electronic product drawings and schematics using design software in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Assist engineers with 3D drawing solutions for mechanical design problems.
* Produce documentation, design records, and production packages for custom jobs.
* Complete drawings for job estimates and quotations.
* Provide technical support to customers.
* Completion of secondary education or equivalent qualification.
* Certification in Engineering Drafting or current working towards certification.
* A proven interest in electronics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A natural desire to take on new challenges.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
