- What role will you play?In your role as a Cyber Security Change and Adoption Lead, you will drive the uptake and consumption of cyber services and ensure the change is managed through communication, awareness, change planning and collaboration.
You will work with data and drive outcomes through delivery and in addition, drive strategies to facilitate the engagement, awareness and change implementation from an organisational change management perspective.
- What you offer- 5+ years of change management, business analysis, management consulting or risk experience gained in a technical domain such as cyber, technology, digital, engineering
- Ability to understand and abstract technical information into commonly understood business language, identify and resolve gaps; and produce quality artefacts for stakeholders of varying levels
- Strong technology process understanding across cyber security, identity, technology onboarding or other domains
- Strong stakeholder management experience as a trusted advisor and ability to clarify priorities
- Ability to identify and articulate repeatable patterns and perform detailed analysis
- Experience in project delivery to forward plan, sequence, monitor and engage.
