Their specialist capabilities include surveying, town planning and spatial services, making them a trusted partner in delivering complex projects.
They are now seeking a motivated
HSEQ Coordinator
to take ownership of the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) framework across the organisation. This standalone position works closely with the Managing Director, providing the opportunity to influence business-wide safety and quality practices and drive continual improvement of the Integrated Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain workplace health and safety processes to meet legislative compliance and enhance safety outcomes.
* Identify risks, recommend solutions, and conduct audits to uphold workplace safety standards.
* Coordinate employee inductions, manage external induction requirements, and maintain the WH&S Training Register.
* Monitor quality programs, conduct inspections, and ensure system performance meets company objectives.
* Assist in the development, monitoring, and improvement of the Integrated Management System, ensuring accurate data reporting and documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HSEQ Administrator, Coordinator or in a similar role.
* Experience in preparing WH&S documentation, delivering employee inductions and undertaking workplace audits.
* Understanding of ISO 9001 and 45001
* Ability to interact and engage with various internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in quality assurance policies an procedures
* Cert IV in WHS, Assessment and Workplace Train or similar fields is desirable.
