*THE ROLE*
* Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across commercial fitout, refurbishment, and new-build projects in Geelong and surrounds
* Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover
* Manage budgets, programs, contracts, and procurement
* Oversee design coordination and building services integration
* Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality site delivery
* Drive a strong safety and compliance culture
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical and commercial priorities
* Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
*YOU*
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project delivery within commercial construction / fitout Projects
* Strong financial, contractual, and program management experience
* Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
* Proven ability to lead and develop project teams
* Desire to deliver quality outcomes while building lasting client relationships
