Reporting to the General Manager, the People & Culture Advisor will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the business by providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance with relevant legislation and policies. The role will also lead engagement initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement in HR practices and ensure systems and processes align with business strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture position, ideally within construction, infrastructure or a project-based environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential, together with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business. You will be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with a practical approach to problem solving and a genuine passion for shaping a positive workplace culture.
