Toll People are recruiting 1 final heavy vehicle diesel mechanic role for their Spotswood bulk liquid vehicle's workshop on afternoon shift. Up to date equipment and diagnostic software Work life balance roster of Monday to Friday Above Award rates, Permanent/Full Time position Ongoing Training and Development Safety conscious workplace Career development and progression You will be responsible for: Performing services on a range of Toll vehicles and trailers Minor fault repair on road using breakdown vehicle. Diagnosing and repair of faults Using diagnostic software to determine faults and plan repair. On road testing ensuring vehicles are serviceable before being returned to the fleet Coaching, mentoring, training of Apprentices, Trades Assistants, Work Experience etc. To maintain quality and urgency in the work preformed Operate in compliance to the NHVAS scheme. To be successful in this role you will have: A safety-first mindset Minimum of cert III in Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic HR license highly regarded. Ability to work unsupervised.
