Total Remuneration Package: up to $151,704.00. Base salary ranges from $87,550.00 to $133,846.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Position Information 
Vincentia High School is a vibrant co-educational, comprehensive community school located in Jervis Bay on the South Coast of New South Wales. Proudly situated on the lands of the Wadi Wadi and Wandean people, we walk together with our local Bay and Basin community to support and build our future leaders. The student population is around 950 with 20% identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school has a FOEI of 122. Our vision is for all students to graduate with the knowledge and skills to achieve personal success in their future pathways. Vincentia High School delivers a comprehensive, innovative curriculum that engages all students through challenging learning experiences. We prioritise inclusivity with cultural and well-being programs including ganya garindja and Clontarf. Personalised programs for students with disabilities are accessible through Mudjingaal, Gumbari and regular classes. We serve the Bay and Basin Learning Community and collaborate with local primary schools and the community. 
Specific Selection Criteria 
- Approval to teach Mathematics 7-12. 
- Ability to work as part of a team to create and adjust effective teaching and learning experiences. 
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and promote a supportive and positive learning environment. 
- Ability to use feedback and assessment to support students' knowledge and understanding. 
- A commitment to improving educational outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. 
Conditions 
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching prospect.
