Seeking a skilled professional to work within Hospitals and Primary Care, delivering high-level project support and implementing projects aligned with strategic policy objectives.
* Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Coordinate activities to ensure adherence to policies, legislation, and business functions, while managing risks and resolving complex issues.
* Provide expert advice on complex matters, develop practical solutions, and prepare high-quality documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
You will need:
* Demonstrated experience in project management and delivery, together with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent project activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
* High-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence and resolve complex issues.
* Ability to produce high-quality documentation in various formats for a range of target audiences, including demonstrated presentation skills.
* Proven capacity to model agile and innovative work practices, influencing stakeholder expectations and driving results.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a positive work culture.
