What You'll Do:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Desk Analysts
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
* Act as an escalation point for technical and customer issues
* Drive continuous improvement across processes and support workflows
* Collaborate with wider IT teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service
