Stellina is a fast-growing hospitality venue that brings together a bustling restaurant and a sought-after wedding and events space and catering.
The **** is a Traralgon institution hosting private events and parties.
We're known for great service, quality food and beverage offerings, and unforgettable guest experiences.
We're now looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our teams at the two venues.
The Opportunity
This is a high level manager role overseeing the operations for the restaurant, bar, and events across both venues.
You'll lead a passionate team, drive performance, and shape the overall guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Running day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar and wedding & catering events.
Leading and developing front-of-house and events teams.
Managing budgets, financial reporting, stock control and cost optimisation.
Ensuring compliance with WHS, liquor licensing and food safety regulations.
Working closely with suppliers and managing key procurement.
Overseeing the planning and seamless delivery of weddings and events.
Handling escalated guest enquiries and maintaining service excellence.
Implementing marketing initiatives and supporting business growth.
Contributing to long-term operational strategy.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2-3 years' management experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, events, or similar).
Strong leadership and team-building capability.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of Australian hospitality compliance requirements.
Financial management experience, including budgets, KPIs and reporting.
Events/wedding coordination experience (highly regarded).
Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business (desirable but not essential with experience).
