Description What We Offer Casual Role: DIDO outage, located at Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW Project Dates: Staggered start dates from mid-September, running approximately until late-November Roster: Monday to Saturday, Days/Nights, 11-hour shifts Other Benefits: Join a supportive team delivering Downers major Bayswater outage. LAFHA or Accommodation Meal Allowance provided to distant workers Competitive Rates: EBA rates with OT Penalties (from base rate) Project Uplift Advanced Scaffolder: $48.95 (including 25% casual loading) Intermediate Scaffolder : $46.88 (including 25% casual loading) The Opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for casual Advanced and Intermediate Scaffolders to deliver outage services for the Bayswater Power Station in Muswellbrook, NSW. Commencing Early September 2025, Downer will be providing mechanical and project services throughout the outage supporting with pressure piping replacements; ducting patch repair works and damper installations. About You Site Proficient : Experienced in outages and projects in the power generation or heavy industrial sector Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills Workplace Safety: Committed to safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues Qualifications: Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E), Working at heights (RIIWHS204E) (within 3 years) Construction white card, Rights to work in Australia, High-risk work licence PLEASE NOTE – Current casual employees do not need to re-apply, you will be contacted by our Resourcing and Experience Business Partner for outage work.
