Job Description:
As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will work closely with the Rooms Division Manager to ensure seamless guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Your primary focus will be on developing and leading the concierge team to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the concierge team to provide exceptional guest service experiences
* Lead by example and develop a structured onboarding and training experience for porter team members
* Ensure all guest queries, requests, and needs are resolved in a timely and proficient manner
* Provide operational support and supervision on shift, handling guest queries and complaints effectively
Qualifications:
* Previous hotel experience as a Porter/Concierge or Team Leader
* Current open driver's license (manual highly regarded)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues
* High level of grooming and personal presentation
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
