**About the Role**
Join the dynamic team at Ballarat Health Services' Endoscopy suite in the Perioperative Day Procedure Unit. This permanent part-time role operates Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements. Work in state-of-the-art facilities, contribute to high-quality patient care, and enjoy training opportunities to enhance your skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with safe patient positioning during procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and handle theatre equipment.
- Perform transport, cleaning, and portering duties.
- Dispose of soiled linen and consumables.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Report equipment issues and maintain compliance with infection control policies.
**Skills & Experience**
- Desire to pursue a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Theatre Support).
- Experience in healthcare or theatre support (preferred).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively.
- Clear communication and a commitment to high work standards.
