About the Role
- Drive a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
- Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance
- Support the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
- Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
Ideal Candidate
- Excitement for the new product offering and the ability to sell it confidently
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Open and supportive leadership, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
- Attention to detail with a talent for Visual Merchandising and creativity
- Experience with high stock volumes and stock management
