Job Description About the role Reporting to the Regional Manager the Senior Contracts Administrator will take custodianship of the administrative functions and performance in line with company best practice. Including; process and delivery of business and financial data management and reporting, business compliance, tender and bid support and general administration performance supporting business managers. Duties Accounts payable and receivable Plant overhead and job cost review Tender preparation, procurement and compliance Project setup and management Administration and financial compliance Support Regional Manager Skills & Experience Qualifications in Administration or Finance (highly desirable) High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Payroll, Finance or Business Administration experience Interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to work independently, prioritise and complete multiple tasks in an efficient manner Work as an effective team member in a support role Benefits Competitive remuneration, annual reviews and incentive bonus.
