Technical Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal staff and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical support to internal staff via phone, email, or in-person
* Resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Documenting issues and solutions
* Escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience within an IT environment
* Experience across MS Office 365, Networks, Hardware and Systems Administration
* Knowledge of Windows servers and Active Directory
* Understanding of phone systems and Apple mobile devices
* Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
