Job Description We’re looking for an Art Director to drive craft excellence across print and digital. You’ll be a hands-on designer, spending most of your time creating (around 80%) and the rest (around 20%) concepting with the team. Your work will span the breadth of healthcare communications: from brand identity and campaign rollouts to leave-behinds, animation storyboards, conference/event collateral, sales aids, eDMs, and social content. Key Responsibilities Deliver best-in-class design across digital and print. Execute solutions from concept to final delivery: typography, branding, campaign rollouts, leave-behinds, animation storyboards, and sales/educational collateral. Develop assets for a wide range of touchpoints: social, eDMs, websites, conference/event materials, and HCP engagement tools. Lead and contribute to new business pitches with standout creative ideas, polished execution, and confident delivery. Present and deliver design thinking in client presentations and internal forums. Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create, manage, and evolve design systems and collaborative workflows. Manage workflow, prioritise tasks, and ensure deadlines and standards are met.
