Maintenance Leadership Role
This is a senior operational leadership position with genuine scope leading maintenance across two processing sites, building maintenance capability, and embedding systems structures and rhythms that support safe predictive performance.
* Lead and structure the Maintenance function to deliver safe reliable 24/7 maintenance coverage across multiple locations.
* Develop and implement strong preventative planned maintenance programs reducing reactive work and unplanned downtime.
