Job Opportunity:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will assist NDIS participants and their support networks through assessments and person-centred planning. You will develop and implement evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support plans, champion participants' goals, strengths and passions, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours
* Behaviour Support Practitioners qualifications or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector
* Degree or Diploma qualifications essential
* Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
* Commitment to person-centred practice and reducing restrictive interventions
* Strong report writing skills and the ability to translate assessment findings into clear, actionable plans
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to balance a dynamic caseload
