Australian Sales Leader Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients and their markets to leverage research offerings.
* Identify how research assists client strategy/product development & client engagement.
* Contribute to the development of the group's sales strategy.
* Develop and execute an annual sales budget, plan, and client account plans for assigned markets and clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Develop strategies to expand the firm's presence and services offered to clients.
* Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy and marketing, with experience in the financial services industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to tailor their communication style to suit C-suite executives.
Requirements:
* Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline.
* 5-10 years' experience in sales strategy or marketing in the financial services industry.
* Excellent oral and written skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong judgement and critical thinking.
