Store Manager - Tools & Equipment Superstore
Location: Melrose Park
Salary: $90K-$95K + Super + Bonuses + Shares
Roster: 38 hours per week, rotating roster (1 in 3 weekends)

About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead the full spectrum of store operations, spanning retail sales, warehouse processes, and team performance. You'll guide a team of 15, including 2 Assistant Store Managers and supervisors, to deliver exceptional results, elevate customer experience, and maintain operational excellence across the board.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team to create a high performing, customer focused culture.
- Oversee both retail and warehouse functions, ensuring efficient and seamless daily operations.
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs through strategic planning and strong leadership.
- Manage inventory and all goods in/out processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Implement effective performance management practices to support growth and enhance results.
- Champion safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies and operational standards.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in retail management, ideally within tools, equipment, or a trade related environment.
- Strong leadership capability, with experience managing large teams and driving performance.
- A results oriented approach with proven success in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Solid product knowledge or interest in tools and equipment, paired with a passion for customer service and expert advice.
