Job Description
We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations within our store environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
About the Role
This role involves working closely with various teams to provide outstanding service and ensuring that all tasks and operations are covered. You will need to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities, and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Create rosters for your team to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered
* Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support
* Work with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities
* Complete time and attendance activities for your team members
* Order consumables for your stores and maintain these within budget
* Provide hands-on contribution by performing core operational tasks alongside the team
Requirements

* Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
* A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
* Physical fitness, as the role involves physically demanding tasks
* The ability to work with regulated frameworks, such as food safety and industrial regulations
* A valid full Australian drivers license
