**The Role**
As the Sales Administrator, your focus is to provide after-market care and service to customers for all products. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Answering and responding to all enquiries and quoting on maintenance and repair works
- Scheduling service technicians to daily jobs
- Process maintenance reports and ordering parts
- Maintain the CRM with 100% accuracy
- Assist accounts team by raising and completing invoices
- General data entry and administration as required
**About You!**
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess the following:
- 2-3 years customer service experience, ideally within the building/construction industry
- Sound MS Office Suite skills and knowledge of CRM's
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Be a great listener and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
