Our resort offers a rainforest retreat and a luxurious environment that relaxes hearts and reinvigorates minds.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager who is proactive, positive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain composure while focusing on exceptional service. The role will lead our guest-centered team and report to the Hotel General Manager.Responsibilities include:Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and experienceDeveloping talent within your team via rostering, coaching, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance cultureWorking across a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and nightsContributing effectively within the Management TeamFocusing on a guest-centric approach to service excellenceManaging budgets through analysis, forecasting, controls, and financial acumenAbout You:We welcome applications from dynamic, experienced Hotel Front Office Managers who demonstrate:A genuine ambition for hotel collaboration and strong leadership skills in driving service standardsRecent management experience in high-end or luxury hotelsStrong IT skills, preferably with Opera Cloud experienceLegal rights to work in AustraliaHigh standards in customer service and deliveryQualifications in Hospitality or Hotel ManagementEnergetic, ambitious, and driven for excellenceA people-centric, creative, and respectful approach to team development and relationshipsOur Benefits:Join a supportive, diverse, and passionate environment at Crystalbrook Byron.
