Position
Reporting to the COO/Director, a newly created exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team in Victoria.
Salary & Location
Salary: Up to $140,000 - $150,000 + Super + Commission, dependent on experience.
Location: South Yarra, VIC
Responsibilities
* Hold the team accountable to activity, targets, and quality standards.
* Coaching through call reviews, objection handling, and client positioning.
* Onboard and train new consultants as the team grows.
* Maintain CRM compliance, pipeline hygiene, and accurate reporting.
* Act as the escalation point when issues need to be resolved.
About You
We are seeking someone with a proven track record leading a sales team and getting results through people, with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.
* Mandatory: Experience in real estate, property investment, mortgage broking, financial planning (working with property businesses), or a high‐ticket B2C sales environment in a property related field.
* Can hold people accountable without compromising culture, give direct feedback that genuinely improves performance, and be comfortable in the detail as well as leading strategically.
