The Role
You'll design, build, and optimise systems that give us speed, leverage, and accuracy before others even see the opportunity.

full-stack trading and data systems
* Design and scale
data pipelines feeding predictive models
* Develop and maintain
internal platforms, tools, and infrastructure
You'll own problems end-to-end, ship fast, and strengthen the stack with every commit.

Baseline Requirements
* 3+ years building and shipping real-world software
* Bachelor's degree (CS, Engineering, Info Systems or similar)
* Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, not excuses
