About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our office and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative duties and office support
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with staff timesheets and documentation
* Supporting warehouse and operations team with paperwork
* Ordering office supplies
* Booking appointments and coordinating meetings
* Maintaining company files and documents
* Assisting management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good communication and organisational skills
