This is a permanent full-time position based in Forrestdale, WA. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing administrative and internal sales support to the Business Development Manager. Assisting with internal sales processes, including handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Collaborating with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintaining internal databases and documentation with attention to detail. Managing customer interactions across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. Liaising with suppliers and raising purchase orders. Supporting general branch operations and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required. What you’ll need to succeed: A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong multitasking and time management skills in a busy, fast-paced environment. Hardworking and driven, with a desire to grow your skills and career within the company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across a wide range of individuals. A true team player, you’re ready to jump in and help wherever needed. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or retail sales is highly regarded, though not essential – we value a great attitude and adaptability above all. A valid C Class licence. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
