As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing branch team, developing and executing strategies aligned with regional objectives, and managing financial performance.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
* Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives.
* Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory.
* Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
* Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Current and valid Australian driver's license.
* Computer literate at an intermediate level.
