We are looking for a Sales and Service Professional to join our team in one of our various Sunshine Coast locations. As a Trade Counter team member, you will play a key role in helping plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.
Job Description:
* To provide excellent customer service and information about products
* To quote customers both in person and over the phone
In this role, you will be working closely with plumbers and tradespeople to ensure that they have the right products at the right time. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, performing pick-packing activities, and keeping the branch tidy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone.
Also please make sure you can: use a computer system easily; pick orders accurately; maintain shop floor displays efficiently; give accurate product information. A clean driver's license is necessary as there may be occasional delivery tasks required using company vehicle.
