Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team at one of South Australia's most iconic regions.

The role involves:
* Welcoming guests and processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
* Managing reservations and accounts using our park booking system
* Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation readiness
* Providing guests with information about local attractions and services
* Handling day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and guests
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a front office or hospitality setting
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or similar reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Accuracy when handling cash transactions
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required
* A current driver's license
