Job Title: Roofing Maintenance Supervisor
This is a supervisory role within our roofing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site supervisors with new and existing roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support site supervisors with new and existing roofing projects to ensure strong commitment to health and safety;
* Measure and order flashings and roofing materials;
* Install and repair flashings, fascia & gutter and metal roofing;
* Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues;
* Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A solid understanding of the building and roofing process;
* Experience in the metal roofing industry;
* Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors;
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
* Physical fitness to perform a labour-intensive role.
