We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our award-winning dealership as an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the General Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our used vehicle sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a pre-owned vehicle sales environment.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in using sales management software, CRM and Autogate.
* Knowledge of automotive financing is advantageous.
