We take pride in our service, our people, and our reputation—and we're on the lookout for a confident, detail-loving Contracts & Tender Administrator to join our growing team.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for all things tenders, quotes, and contracts. From crafting impressive submissions that win work, to keeping our contract database humming along, your work will directly help us grow and thrive. You'll also play a key role in business development support, marketing coordination, and even lend a hand to our Directors when needed.

This is a varied and dynamic role—perfect if you enjoy working across departments, juggling tasks, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Some of what you'll be doing:

· Writing and coordinating tenders, EOIs, and major quotes like a boss.

· Keeping tabs on contracts and making sure key dates and updates never go missing.

· Helping with pricing, templates, and proposals that make us shine.

· Collaborating with Sales & Marketing on brochures, website content, and ads.

· Preparing management reports that actually make sense (and maybe even look good).

· Supporting new contract rollouts and keeping our CRM up to date.

· Assisting with admin, executive support, and day-to-day tasks that keep the wheels turning.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You…

· Love structure, deadlines and moving with pace and drive

· Have a few years of admin or tender coordination experience under your belt

· Know your way around Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Are organised, resourceful, and great at prioritising when things get busy

· Communicate clearly, with flair and confidence—both in writing and face-to-face

· Are proactive, dependable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed

· Operate with strong attention to detail and accuracy- dot those I's and cross those T's

· Have the vibrancy to build, engage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders across, and external to the organisation

· Be willing to have a Drug & Alcohol test

Bonus Points If You Have…

· A Certificate III or higher in Business Administration

· Experience with CRM systems and contract management tools

· A good sense of humour (we like to keep things light when we can)
