* Engage children, young people, their families, carers, and other important individuals in formulating and implementing their case plans.
* Support staff and carers in developing positive relationships with children and young people, applying the principles of the CARE model in all interactions and collaborating with family members for the well-being of the child or young person.

* Conduct assessments, planning, reviews, and referrals for children and young people with complex support needs using endorsed procedures and tools.
* Ensure written materials meet high-quality, evidence-informed standards and comply with policy, legislation, and regulations.
* Lead relevant teams in best practice assessment, planning, and evaluation processes.
* Provide regular supervision, coaching, development, and support to case management staff for quality outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a recognised Degree qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, or Mental Health, or a recognised Diploma in a related field and working towards a relevant Degree qualification.

Extensive experience in the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of case management and client support services is also essential.

* Demonstrated understanding of current casework practice for children and young people, including trauma-informed, permanency-focused, and therapeutic case plans.
* Able to work with individuals, families, or groups from a strengths-based and culturally appropriate perspective.
* Proven experience in leadership/management, coaching, mentoring, and providing support and training to managers and staff.
* Excellent written communication skills for creating reports, correspondence, and other material.

Benefits include flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive team environment.
