Ideal candidate profile
* Leadership experience in a similar role, with exposure to Agribusiness Banking
* A proven ability to lead and coach a successful team, driving business growth and development outcomes
* A deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of regional and rural banking customers
* Experience working with beef, dairy, and horticulture clients highly regarded
* Excellent networking skills and the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
