We are seeking an individual who is fully motivated for our next Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic Allied Health & Wellness clinic at Belridge Chiropractic' in Beldon, WA. This part‐time/Casual role (approx 12hrs+) will provide integral administrative and clinical support to our Chiropractic/Remedial Massage/Naturopathic practice. As our ideal candidate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient day‐to‐day operations of our clinic.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients, including greeting, checking‐in and booking appointments
* Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date patient records and documentation
* Assisting chiropractors with clinical procedures and providing support when needed
* Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
* Handling financial transactions, such as processing payments and issuing receipts
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
* Contributing to the overall administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the practice
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1‐2 years' experience in a similar front‐of‐house role or Allied Health assistant role
* Full Australian working rights are required for this position
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Proficient in using appointment booking software, eftpos machines, and general office technology like Word and Excel. Experience with Social Media platforms and design platforms like Canva is an advantage.
* Experience with Cliniko appointment booking software would be an advantage.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills with ability to multitask effectively and be a quick learner.
* A team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
* Availability to cover when a team member is on leave, and to work one Saturday morning shift per month after training.
* Not suitable for a student; seeking longevity.
* Clinic open hours 7.30am to 6.30pm with shifts rostered for AM or PM shift.
