**Senior Management Role for Rangers**
This role is a senior management position within the National Parks and Wildlife Service, reporting directly to the Area Manager. The Team Leader must have very strong communication skills to ensure accurate, timely planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professional Rangers to achieve the agency's goals
* Assist with the development of operational plans and strategies
* Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and the community
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills to facilitate teamwork
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Expert project planning skills and discipline to ensure due process
* Sound IT capabilities, including databases and MS Office software
* Industry experience and environmental assessment skills
