About the role
We have an opportunity for 2 x Network Operations Support Officer to be part of our Network Security Platform Services, Technology and Communication Services Command team. The Network Operations Support Officer provides technical advice, assistance and support on network matters for NSWPF users. This role requires the ability to communicate with a number of internal and external stakeholders and tailor instructions to suit the relevant user.
The Network Support Operations Officer monitors network performance, provides support for data communications, solves non-complex problems, contributes to the development of reference guides and provides on-call support where required.
This role is part of the wider Network team servicing the telecommunications network and connectivity to all NSWPF sites 24 x 7.
