Are you ready to kick‐start your career in business administration?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to be placed with a reputable hydraulics workshop based in Bairnsdale to undertake a Business Administration Traineeship. This role is a Monday to Friday role, 38hrs per week and is a great pathway for someone looking to earn a wage while completing a Certificate III in Business.
What you will be doing
* You will receive structured on‐the‐job training in a range of administrative duties
* Greeting customers and assisting with enquiries
* Handling incoming calls and emails
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts tasks
* Supporting stock control and ordering parts
* General office duties to support the workshop team
What we are looking for
* Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
* Confident communicating with customers and staff
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Competent with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office a bonus)
* Comfortable working in a workshop environment
* Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* No prior experience required — school leavers encouraged to apply
* Driver's license and reliable transport (highly regarded)
