CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex and violent offences on post sentence supervision, and prisoners on parole.About The RoleAs the Principal Practitioner, you will have oversight of parole and post sentence staff and case management practices across a service stream of prisoners on parole, including individuals who have committed violent and sexual offences, and post-sentence supervision. Reporting to the Community Correctional Services (CCS) Regional General Manager, this is a key position in the regional and CCS management structure providing supervision of case managers who are monitoring prisoners on parole and individuals subject to post-sentence supervision.You will provide advice and consultation in relation to identified risk escalation behaviours, incident management and quality assurance practices and processes.
