Job Title: Quality and Compliance Manager
About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires a proactive approach to quality and risk management. You will be responsible for leading meaningful changes, driving continuous improvement, and championing best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a quality and risk culture across the organisation
* Participate in a collaborative, values-led leadership team
* Make a positive impact on clients, staff, and stakeholders
* Drive accreditation, governance, audits, and improvements with energy and purpose
You will ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and best practice. This includes preparing for audits and accreditations, coaching teams, and managing, monitoring, and improving compliance in contract management and workforce/recruitment practices.
Further Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain quality improvement and compliance systems
* Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, e.g., Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice
* Prepare for audits and accreditations by coaching teams and not just correcting them
* Analyse data and report to senior leaders
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to solve problems and build relationships
This role carries a critical focus on strengthening compliance in contract management and recruitment. You will navigate these changes confidently, support operational readiness, and help build systems that are future-proof and people-first.
