* Develop and execute growth strategies across CloudTechX, CobWeb Pay, and CloudTech Custody platforms
* Drive market expansion and identify new revenue opportunities globally
Customer & Market Development
* Design customer segmentation and acquisition strategies for institutional and retail segments
* Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
* Oversee competitive analysis and market research initiatives
Business Development & Partnerships
* Lead M&A opportunities supporting growth objectives
* Represent CloudTech Group in industry and regulatory forums
Operational Excellence
* Ensure cross-platform operational alignment and efficiency
* Establish and monitor growth KPIs across all business units
* Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
* Executive Leadership Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in senior commercial roles with 5+ years at C-suite/VP level, driving revenue growth of $50M+ annually across multi-platform business portfolios
* Financial Services Expertise: Deep background in fintech, financial services, or digital assets with proven experience in payment processing, custody services, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
* Strategic Growth & Business Development: Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, managing M&A opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers
* Commercial Excellence: Extensive experience in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and revenue optimisation across both institutional and retail segments in complex B2B/B2C environments
* Global Market Expansion: Proven track record of international business development, market entry strategies, and scaling operations across diverse geographic markets and regulatory environments
* Operational Leadership: Strong background managing cross-functional teams, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and maintaining P&L accountability for business units with measurable KPI performance
* Regulatory & Stakeholder Management: Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes, engaging with compliance teams and regulatory bodies, and representing organisations in industry forums with exceptional communication skills
