My client, a leader in Vehicle fleet leasing, is seeking an experienced customer service officer to join their high performing team.
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will provide support in a team environment with a wide range of administrative tasks
**Duties within the role will include**:
- Collaborate and partner with stakeholders and internal teams 
- Processing end of lease inspections 
- Processing invoices and generating purchase orders
**About you**:
- Proven experience in a team-based customer service environment, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's and targets 
- Previous experience in Fleet/Claims/Insurance would align well to this type of role 
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
- PR & fully vaccinated
