Roster: 4d4n8r – Residential onlyKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of processing staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency throughout the plantMonitor and analyse daily operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular training and development for team members to enhance performance and skills.Stockyard Management to ensure continuity of Supply Chain.Ensure compliance to TML whilst Shipping Grade A CargoEnsure LQL are met through SPF to support COA & ISO ComplianceAbility to engage with other departments at Port and the supply chain in dealing with issues that may affect company productivityProvide regular reports to management on operational progress and performance.Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, accountability, attendance and continuous improvement.Ensure all Mooring Evolutions are executed & all fast, supporting reduction in exposure to Tensioned Lines Qualifications And ExperiencePrevious experience in a supervisory role within processing or manufacturing operations.Strong knowledge of operational processes, quality control, and safety protocols.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyse data and use it to drive performance improvements.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous Experience in Magnetite Product HandlingWharf Experience DesirableRelevant qualifications in operations management or a related field are an advantage.SAP experience About UsBe part of something big.
