Our Major Client Group (MCG) team was designed specifically to look after our largest and most complex customers who operate in the **mid-market space with debt requirement in excess of $50m and turnover in excess of $150m.**

**Do work that matters**
As an Associate within MCG, you will assist our Relationship Executives with their customers' financing needs and be responsible for preparing credit submissions and monitoring ongoing performance.
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Preparing credit submissions for new money and facility variation requests
- Completing covenant monitoring and annual reviews for existing customers
- Executing deals from start to finish in collaboration with a wider deal team (including risk, product and legal)
- Analysing financial performance and industry trends
- Assessing the risks/opportunities on a transaction and undertaking downside/sensitivity analysis
**We**want**to**hear**from**you**if**you have**
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in commercial credit analysis, transaction advisory, debt structuring or related analytical fields in banking or big 4 consultancy.
- Experience in dealing with complex lending structures and/or complex organisational structures (highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and sound financial modelling skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
